Shipping policy

 

Physical Products

Cost per physical item: £2 to £5 pounds (depending on location and size of item).

Order processing times: Items are usually shipped in the next working day, up to the maximum of three days.

Expected delivery times: Unless specified during checkout, Royal Mail Second Class (or International) is used, which should take from 2 to 7 working days to arrive.

Shipping location and customs duties: United Kingdom. If you like outside the UK or the United States, you may have to pay customs duties. Please email hello@claudiamatosa.com with the customs receipt if that's the case, and I will refund you the amount.

 

Digital Products

Digital products have no added delivery costs.

Digital products are sent out automatically via email upon payment, and can be downloaded with the link provided.
